All orders over $100 come with Free Standard Shipping. When we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This is the best way to track your order.
Expedited orders are accommodated upon request, and when possible, based on lead times. Additional shipping costs are agreed-upon with customers in advance of shipment.
Our current lead time is 3-4 weeks for marble games and other custom work. Merchandise generally takes about a week to be made and shipped. Please feel free to reach out as well if you have any questions. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, so we will be in regular communication with you.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We do accept returns and exchanges*, however, the customer is responsible for the shipping. We will do our best to communicate fully while the order is being completed, to make sure any questions are answered and that you know what to expect when your order arrives. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 7 days after an item has been delivered. Used items will not receive refunds. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
*Custom Orders with Engravings, Monograms, Custom Colors, and Custom Sizing are FINAL SALES.

Yes, we do, just not for free, sorry! Message us for accurate quotes on shipping costs, information and lead times.
Shipping timeframes and costs for international orders are unpredictable due to the customs inspection process. Please note that import duties and/or taxes on international shipments (when applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
