Checkerboard End Grain Cutting Board
There are cutting boards, and then there are End Grain Cutting Boards. Ask the professionals and you'll find that every kitchen should have at least one end grain cutting board in their collection. End grain tends to be better for your knives in the long run, and tends to keep a nicer appearance for a longer period of time due to a "self-healing" trait.
Sealed only with cutting board oil, this one will work nicely in your kitchen and help you prolong your sharp-edged knives!
Hand wash with mild dish detergent only. Please note, if you are handy with sanding paper, you may want to lightly sand it from time to time, and rub with additional cutting board oil, to keep it looking top shape.
